This letter is to inform that my highest ambition is to develop a career plan for Prince William in good consultation with concerned parties. That will be the main objective of my visit of April 23. As the general manager of Instituto Cervantes in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, England and Wales I can delegate the development of the Instituto to executive managers. This process has started already. I am happy with the proposed contact with your Head of Spanish Mr John Brooks, who is leaving Eton College in July as I noticed. I should like to make a start with giving Spanish lessons to Prince William. If there might arise a vacancy in the direction of your Modern Language Department in the future, I will be available.
